Derek has developed and delivered training courses and coaching on all aspects of selling, pitching, fee negotiation, relationship building, networking and key account management
Niamh O’Connor has developed courses internationally on digital marketing, customer feedback, personal brand and competitive tendering. She specialises in using great marketing and customer feedback to drive sales. She is Group Sales Team Director with Cpl, Ireland’s largest recruitment agency
